Carta d'imbarco
Vi ricordo che dovete stampare la vostra carta di imbarco nel momento in cui sarà in
linea. Mandatemi tra venerdì e sabato una copia della vostra carta d'imbarco
Luggage :
I remind you that you are entitled to one hand luggage and one in the hold, then two
pieces of luggage each. Please verify before leaving the weight and the size of your
luggage , allowed by the airline with which you will travel. Any additional charge
(super-weight, more pieces) will be your responsibility.
Bagages :
Je vous rappelle que vous bénéficiez d'un bagage à main et un bagage en soute
soit 2 bagages par personnes.
Pensez à bien vérifier avant votre départ les poids et dimensions de bagages autorisés
par votre compagnie aérienne
Tout frais supplémentaires liés aux bagages (surpoids, bagage supplémentaire)
resteront à votre charge.
Bagagli:
Vi ricordo che avete diritto a un bagaglio a mano e uno in stiva, quindi due bagagli a
testa. Verificate bene prima della partenza il peso e le dimensioni dei bagagli
autorizzati dalla compagnia aerea con cui viaggerete. Tutte le spese supplementari
legate ai bagagli (sovrappeso, bagagli in più) saranno a vostro carico.
Refunds:
Take with you all the tickets to shift from your town to the airport and from the airport
to Reggio Emilia, that you will give us at your arrival. I remind you that you will
receive the refunds only for journeys made by public transports, trains or buses.
There are not refunds for taxi, shuttles or private cars. I also remind you that will be
your responsibility any travel from and to different airports other than those proposed
by MCE and in dates different from those at the beginning and the end of the
workshop. To have right to refunds, remember to bring with you a copy of the
Convention and of the authorization to post photos and videos with your original
signature.
Remboursement
Gardez les billets de la ville de résidence à l'aéroport et de l'aéroport à Reggio Emilia
que vous nous livrerez à votre arrivée. Rappelez-vous, vous serez remboursé
seulement pour les trajets effectués en transport public, train ou bus. Il n'y a pas de
remboursement pour taxi, navette ou en voiture privée. Je vous rappelle également
que seront à vos frais les transferts en provenance ou vers des aéroports autres que
ceux proposés par la MCE et à des dates autres que celles du début et de la fin de
l'atelier. Pour avoir le rembours pensez également à apporter une copie de la
Convention et de l' autorisation d’exploitation de photographies et video portant votre
signature originale.
Rimborsi
Tenete i biglietti degli spostamenti dalla città di residenza all'aeroporto e
dall'aeroporto a Reggio Emilia che ci consegnerete al vostro arrivo. Vi ricordo che vi
verranno rimborsati solo gli spostamenti fatti con mezzi pubblici, treno o autobus. Non
sono previsti rimborsi per taxi, navette o auto private. Vi ricordo anche che saranno a
vostre spese gli spostamenti da e per aeroporti diversi da quelli proposti dal MCE e in
date diverse da quelle di inizio e fine workshop. Per avere diritto al rimborso ricordate
di portare una copia della Convenzione e della autorizzazione a pubblicare foto e
video con la vostra firma originale.
Common dinner
For the first evening there is a common dinner. All the participants of RIDEF will take
place. Everybody should take something typical of their own country for eating. Please
take also something with you, surely something that you are allowed to take with you
in the plane: a pie, something sweet, cheese, sausages....
Diner cooperatif
Pour la première soirée, il y aura un dîner coopératif avec tous les participants de la
RIDEF où chacun apporte quelque chose à manger typique de leur pays. Bien sûr, une
chose que vous pouvez porter en avion: une tarte, un gâteau, fromage, jambon ...
Cena cooperativa
Per la prima sera è prevista una cena cooperativa anche con tutti i partecipanti della
Ridef in cui ognuno porta una cosa tipica da mangiare del proprio paese.
Naturalmente una cosa che sia possibile portare in aereo: una torta salata,un dolce,
del formaggio, del prosciutto...

As you have read in the planning, there are moments of entertainment, every
evening after the work and before the dinner and July 25, all the day along.
Each evening, after dinner, there will be many kinds of spectacles, but they
are not obliged.
Temps "libre"
Comme vous lisez dans le programme quelques moments de détente et de sortie
seront proposés tous les soirs après le travail et avant le dîner et le 25 juillet. Après le
dîner, on a prevu des spectacles de toutes sortes, mais bien sûr tout le monde est
libre de faire d'autres choses .
Tempo libero
Come avete letto nel programma sono previsti dei momenti di svago, ogni sera dopo il
lavoro e prima della cena e il giorno 25 luglio. La sera dopo cena sono previsti
spettacoli di vario tipo, ma naturalmente si può scegliere di fare altro
